Just off the bike trail to Pope and Kiva Beaches and the Camp Richardson Resort area. It is also within minutes of three major golf courses and close to shopping and dining at the “Y”. Finally, the casinos and the Lake’s fabled night life are just a short drive from your doorstep. While there you will enjoy the country kitchen complete with double ovens and hardwood floors. The cozy stone walled living room has a fireplace and stereo. The deck is located off the family room that has a hot tub and views of the forest meadow greenbelt that backs up to the property and provides privacy. There is also a mud room to store your skis, boards, bikes or golf clubs. The carport is covered and has space for two vehicles. Upstairs there are three bedrooms that share a bath with a master suite overlooking the greenbelt with a private bath.
