Lakehouse information and rules
This is our personal family vacation home. We hope you will treat it as if it were your own and respect all aspects of being able to enjoy our beloved lake tahoe.
This is an exclusive private community. Parking on the street not permitted during snow removal times.
There are 2 pools that can be enjoyed by the guests.The indoor
pool is year round and the outdoor pool is open in the summer
months. Small fee and rental application required for entrance.
- Maximun occupancy in lakehouse
is 14 persons overnight
- Use of garage not permitted
- Please use caution when grilling.
Charcoal grills are not to be left unattended. Do not
put charcoals in propane grill. A $500 charge will apply
if charcoals are found in propane grills
- NO pets permitted (Unless specified)
- NO smoking in the home, smoking
permitted outside, please do not toss butts, your security
deposit will be forfieted if trash or cigarette butts
are left outside.
- All trash and cigarette butts
need to be picked up outside. No tolerance for littering.
Please report any damage to the rental property, its contents or mechanical failures upon arrival. We will make every reasonable effort to make repairs as quickly as possible. No refunds or rebates issued for malfunctions or mechanical failures.
If using hot tub after 10:00
pm please keep noise level down and respect our neighbors.
Deposit could be forfieted if neighbors complain. Please
do not flush non-disposable items down the toilet. Do not
pour grease, coffee grounds, egg shells or large amounts
of food down sinks. Tenant will be responsible for clogged
drains.
Items you may want to bring:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Garbage bags
- Additional towels
- Certain baking or cooking dishes
- Laundry soap and shampoo
- Quarters for the washer/dryer machines
Our
home is equipped with 14 sets of towels, 2 complimentary
rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper
towels. If you feel this may not be enough for your needs
you might want to bring any additional items.
The pool table is for the enjoyment of all but parents please
lesson children on the importance of keeping the felt table
clean and not torn. Pool sticks are to be kept in rack on
wall and table covered when not in use. No food, drink or
clothing on table.
