Cabin information and rules
This is our personal family vacation home. We hope you will treat it as if it were your own. This is an exclusive private community.
Parking on the street not permitted. Guests that cannot park at chalet must park down the street at the clubhouse. The clubhouse is located across the street and 3 doors down.
The gameroom, pool, hot tub, sauna, etc is available to all owners, renters and guests. Your house key opens the gate to access.
- Maximum occupancy in the chalet is 10 persons overnight
- NO pets permitted
- NO smoking in chalet (smoking permitted on decks.
Please do not toss butts off decks)
Items you may want to bring:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towels
- Garbage bags
- Additional towels
The Cabin is equipped with 12 sets of towels, 2 complimentary rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. If you feel this may not be enough for your needs you may want to bring additional items.
Upstairs Loft
The pool table is for the enjoyment of all. Please lesson children on the importance of keeping the felt table clean and not torn. Pool sticks are to be kept in rack on wall and table covered when not in use. NO food, drink or clothing on table.
The bunk beds are for everyone, but please no climbing or jumping. Horse play can be dangerous up high in this loft. Keep an eye on small children who can fall!
